About us

Medina Schools

Medina Schools is a private Christian school located in Mihango, Utawala, Embakasi East, Nairobi. We offer quality education from Primary School through to Senior School, helping students excel academically while building strong character and values.

Our Philosophy

Three Curricula, One Strong Foundation

We believe every child deserves an education pathway that matches their learning style and future dreams. That’s why we provide three distinct academic programmes under one roof:

Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) – Practical, skills-focused learning that prepares students for senior school and real-world success.
KCSE – The national curriculum delivered with strong discipline, structure, and excellent academic support.
IGCSE – An internationally recognised qualification that opens doors to universities and opportunities worldwide.

Quality, Holistic Education

At Medina Schools, we are committed to providing quality, holistic education that nurtures academic excellence, character development, and lifelong learning. We offer a diverse and flexible curriculum including 8-4-4, IGCSE, and the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) — tailored to meet the needs of every learner.

Mission

To provide a nurturing and intellectually stimulating environment where learners thrive academically, morally, and socially — guided by excellence in 8-4-4, CBC, and IGCSE curricula.

Vision

To be a center of excellence in education, empowering students with the knowledge, skills, and values needed to become confident, responsible global citizens.

We are guided by integrity, excellence, respect, innovation, and discipline — fostering honesty, ethical conduct, and self-discipline as the foundation for growth.
